"I have been a customer of Diane Williams State farm for the past 14 years. In that time I've gotten married started a family and became financially stable. All throughout that time anytime that I needed anything from this office I was treated with respect dignity and kindness. If they have always explained everything the good and the bad and always made me feel comfortable with the choices that I was making with my insurance plan with them. We have two cars on the plan a house and two life insurance policies sometimes I look at the bill and think it's too much but then I think back of the few accidents that we had. In those times Diane's team never missed a beat I never had a problem with getting any rental car or any reimbursement from anything that the accident caused. All the staff there is friendly and welcoming and care. I work in counseling and customer service all my life and I know when someone is full of crap I know one people put on the game face because there's a customer around. I don't see that sort of behavior at Diane Williams State farm all I see is sincere people who are kind and want to help. I have gotten rates that are cheaper than what I'm paying now but being State farm has treated with such respect I believe in being loyal and there is no other insurance company that I would ever use then Diane Williams State farm. I recommend everybody to go there some people do some people don't but I do recommend everybody to go there because I know that they are going to get treated with dignity respect and transparency all throughout. "Diane William's office is always very responsive. When I filed my first claim there was a delay in hearing back from the adjuster--until I called Makayla at Diane's office and within the hour the adjuster had called me and set up an appointment to come and inspect the storm damage at our house the same week. They're always courteous and efficient. I definitely recommend."

"My husband and I had a 2 p.m. appointment today to have our car insurance policy looked at due to a big increase upon renewal. Kelly Rose was assigned to us, and we couldn't have asked for a nicer person. All in all, this office has an amazing staff, but Kelly went out of her way to explain the reasons behind the increase and gave us options to bring the premium almost to where it had originally been. "What an absolutely fabulous experience! As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by the receptionist in a pleasant manner. "I called state farm as a number on a list of calls I had to make today, I had requests, questions and I was stressed. Kelly was the best agent I have ever talked to, attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and relatable.
