"This office is unresponsive and unprofessional. Consistently has staffing issues. They were really good in the beginning, the last few years I've had nothing but horrible experiences. Anytime I tried to pay my bill over the phone or make policy changes it was a hassel. I'd leave messages and call all day with no response. I am beyond frustrated over this particular office. Diane Williams step it up. I honestly don't know how this office still has clients. I have since terminated my policy and will encourage any family or friends to do the same with this office. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. If I didn't have to give them one star in order to post, they'd get no stars at all."

"DO NOT use this agent. I had a loan on my car. When i was going away for a few months i put the car in my garage and off the road. I called this StateFarm agency and was informed I could take off collision on the car. She never asked if i had a loan. I now found out that with all the loan companies, if you have a loan even if its off the road they still require collision on the car. After auto payments on the loan and all the years paying it off, and putting on and off the road ,i wanted to find out when it was going to be paid off. This is when I found this out and also found out the loan company was billing me for collision insurance monthly for three years and just adding it to my payments. This agency never told me this and said " You should have known this" Information like this is why you have an agent...Diane does not care, like the last reviewer she just wants the money"

"Stay away from State Farm insurance. Over the past year they have raised our insurance an absurd amount of money and we have never had an accident our fault. We I complain I’m told that’s what it takes for them to stay in business in NY!?. Recently we were run off the road by a Verizon truck and was told the only way I could get help with it is to file a claim. I am now out my deductible plus hundreds of dollars for OEM parts because they will only pay for cheap after market parts. Real scam!!! Sad because we have been customers for a long time and this is how we are treated."
